Shipping & Returns



Where does my order ship from?

Currently all orders are shipped from Turkey.

 

How soon will my order be shipped?

Most orders ship within 2 business days. Direct shipments to your customers can take slightly longer. If a colorway is out of stock, we usually have it back in stock within 2 weeks.

 

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with a tracking code.

Tracking code for USPS shipments will be active once the package enters the US. 

 

Can I set a specific ship date?

Yes. You can add a note to your cart when checking out or inform your sales representative.

 

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping costs vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

 

Is there free shipping?

We currently do not offer free shipping, but we cover shipping costs for backorders.

 

What happens if my package is missing or undelivered?

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or misdelivered packages once they are shipped. Please contact the carrier if you suspect or experience a problem.  

 

Which carriers do you work with and how long does it take to get my products?

All international orders are shipped with DHL and in some cases with UPS. Shipments with DHL and UPS take 2 to 3 business days. 

Customers in the US are allowed to choose USPS as an option. For this shipping method, it can take up to 10 to 14 business days.

 

Can I return an order or request an exchange?

We accept the return of unused yarn in its original condition and packaging for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. We do not offer a refund on shipping costs or cover the return shipment. Processing returns and exchanges can take up to a few weeks.

All pattern sales are final and not eligible for refund.

 

What happens if there is a mistake with my order?

We are here to make it right. Please contact your sales representative or reach out to us on our contact page.

 

What happens if I receive damaged or flawed yarn ?

We will be happy to exchange or replace any damaged or flawed yarn you receive. We will cover the shipping charges.
