A simple tube of reversible 3x3 rib, broken into fragmented rounds of color, reminiscent of the tulip beds in Istanbul’s famed Emirgan Park. Trimmed one edge with overlapping flower stem I-cord loops, the cowl can be worn narrow and folded, open and draped over a shoulder, or even used as a hood in unpredictable spring weather.
