What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay.

We also accept Bancontact for customers in Belgium and iDEAL in the Netherlands. 


Can I order over the phone or email?

Yes, we accept orders over the phone or email. Your sales representative will be happy to assist you.


Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

Yes, as long as your order has not been shipped. You can contact your sales representative or reach us on our contact page to request changes.


Can you help me create an order?

Yes, depending on your needs, your sales representative can create an order for you and then send it to you by email for you to view, confirm and then proceed to payment.


Can I order the same dye lot again?

We dye our yarn in small batches and they don’t stay long with us. It might be possible if your initial order wasn’t too long ago. Please include the lot number on your cart page when placing an order or reach us on our contact page. We will be happy to check the current stock and let you know.


Do you collect taxes?

Handling of taxes varies depending on your location. 


Do you run promotions or offer discounts?

Our house patterns come free with purchase of required yarn or when purchased as a kit.

How do dropship orders work?

Simple! It is the same as placing a regular order. You only need to enter your customer’s address and contact details instead of your own when you are on the checkout page.


Why is purchasing by skein more expensive?

Our yarn comes in single or bags. For your convenience, we also offer singles. It comes with a little surcharge for breaking bags.
