An alternating rhythm of vertical rootedness, these mitts are a sturdy knit + purl corrugated rib construction of solid and variegated color.

Paired with Zeytin Cowl, there is enough Harvest DK for both, just a second skein of Spiral Grain Light Worsted is needed.

Techniques: Corrugated rib, intarsia, grafted braid join

Vertically striped mitts worked flat as a right and left mitt with a Latvian Braid join started on different sides, so that the braid goes in the same direction on both mitts. 2 yarn colors
alternate in a simple k2, p2 rib pattern repeat, carrying the yarn not being worked as a float on the WS/inside of the work with a simple intarsia wrap.
