It’s worked from the bottom up, the short ends finished in half twisted rib and seamless tubular edges.
Selvedge stitches along the long edges create a neat finish.
The central cable motif is shaped with increases and decreases for a tapered, refined look.
The center cable is worked as a high-relief cable - the knit stitch columns are crossed together with 1 purl stitch on each side for a more defined, three dimensional effect.
The narrow twists on the edges are worked without a cable needle.
