Blocks of twisted stitches alternate with patches of seed stitch, outlined by curving mock cables, in this cowl sized for either a warm standup fit (Size 1) or drapey ease (Size 2).

Warble is worked top down in the round in a pattern of Seed st
and Right Twist st squares. These repeat patterns are
divided vertically by RT “cables”. The bottom of the cowl is shaped to sit on the shoulders, then front and back are worked flat separately.
