Ikat Throw is worked in a simple textured stitch reminiscent of woven ikat textiles, accentuating Uneek’s stripe color shifting. This large blanket consists of three I-cord side edged panels worked in a half-linen stitch field with garter stitch short ends. The panels are worked flat separately, then joined with Kitchener Stitch.

Skill Level: Beginner

Each panel uses 3 skeins and has the same number of rows.
The 2 side panels start from the same skein end/stripe colorway, continuing to join skeins in the same end/colorway sequence for these panels.
The center panel is started from other end of the skein, so that stripe/colorway sequence is opposite that of the side panels. These stripe color groups will match up roughly along the joins in blocks, but matching is not crucial. The same colorway stripe groupings should NOT align.
