A 1-skein boomerang shaped scarf that ebbs and flows in ever changing, nearly reversible stitch directions, much like its namesake river in the Aegean region of Turkey, using a repetition of whirling eyelets between textures of three different stitches.

Meander is worked flat from the narrow end with garter stitch edges, using a repeating band of whirling eyelets to demarcate the textures of three different stitch sections.
